Superior E1500S Slower Setting 2 Part Tile /Contourtop Setting Knife Grade

E‐1500-S is a two‐part counter top and tile “setting” epoxy . It can be used over existing tile, plywood, backer board, cured concrete, masonry and  much more.  Although commonly used for setting stone counter tops, this adhesive is versatile and can be used is a variety of applications.The Part B can is located “inside” the Part A tub. Typically, all A&B parts are mixed together but mixing instructions on the label provide for smaller batches.Can be used for indoor and outdoor applicationsBe sure to TEST each substrate for bonding and appearance prior to the actual application.E-1500-SUse: To achieve the best results, the contact surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and dried. Mix Part A & B thoroughly until mixture is uniform. At a temperature of 70°F (21°C), the mixture stays workable for 2-3 hours. Higher temperatures shorten the working time and lower temperatures extend the working time. If mixing a partial amount, mix ratio is 2.4:1. Mix 2.4 parts Part A to 1 part Part B by weight. Can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. Do NOT store above 75°F (24°C)Storage: Store indoors at room temperature. Do NOT store above 75°F (24°C). High heat and cold temperatures will adversely affect the shelf life. Avoid storage in direct sunlight and where freeze/thaw conditions may exist.
